Hello, my name is Nancy and the blood that runs through my veins is the best of both cultures; Mexican and Puerto Rican—with a splash of Spanish. I have one beautiful 10-year-old girl whom I absolutely adore, and I am currently in a passionate, loving relationship with a man that lights my soul on fire. My childhood was a bit rough. I grew up in the ghettos of Los Angles. As a teen I was surround by some of the most wonderful friends I will ever know. These friends were drug dealers and gangsters, and they were also the people who loved and took care of me after my mom passed away when I was a teen. They often said to me "You're going to be a soccer mom one day. Don't do what we do…. there’s a lot of good in you!” Since then, I have learned to never judge a book by its cover. Today, I am a Certified Health & Fitness Coach and founder of ‘SKINN Coaching: A Space Where Women Feel Empowered to be Sensual, Kickass, Intuitive, Nourished, & No-Nonsense Women!’ With my business, I coach and empower women to accomplish the goals they have so longed for when it comes to Health, Sex, Self-Care and Fitness. In addition, I also offer all of this for men with my MANifest coaching. As founder of MANifest I help intuitive and successful men and leaders step into who they want to be and who they are mean to be with. With MANifest, I offer individual coaching as well as multiple day in-person and visual retreats. I am extraordinary because I have hit rock bottom, settled in the shit, drug myself out of the mud, and am now thriving. Because of the gift of my life experiences, I understand where most people are coming from. I also have a lot of compassion, understanding, and love for humanity. I feel passion for my entire life because I have been through the darkest nights and I want to share how we all can passionately thrive. If I had to choose my top priorities, I would say they are my dedication to self-love and self-care. I live each day making sure that I nourish my body, mind, and soul in ways that align with who I am and who I want to be. As a Health and Fitness Coach who teaches women how to tap into their best Health, Fitness, Sex and Self-Care, I walk my walk and talk my talk. Every day I strive to live my best life by nourishing my body with wholesome foods, moving my body in ways that feel strong and delicious, and aligning my inner being and my soul with positive, joyful, peaceful vibrations that others can feel. My life lessons, my pain, my energy, and my journey of healing allows me to be the Goddess of my own beautiful story. This story overflows into every area of my life—including my business, and my work helps others to realize that they too can heal, be healers, and become Goddesses. I am most proud of my willingness to overcome challenges, my willingness to welcome change, and my gift of being able to connect with almost anyone due to the compassion and love I have learned to have for myself.
