Mary Lu is a gentle soul dedicated to self-healing, nature, and creation. Creation is important to Mary Lu because she uses this vital energy to move the things around in her life in order create the highest possible good for all her relations. As a passionate creatrix who takes her inspiration from Mother Earth, the wisdom of the children she is lucky enough to spend time with, and from her own Divinely Guided Highest Self, Mary Lu views creation, and the art of creating, as a way to set her soul free. This freedom allows her to feel energized, empowered, and active. A-Ho! Mary Lu is also a holistic skin care practitioner and she makes her own skin care line using raw and organic ingredients. Her simple, yet effective, products are made with intuitive guidance that honors seasonally harvested fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Cacao is her favorite ingredient for many different reasons. As an addition to her skin care line, this deliciously edible and feminine plant is a wonderful agent to bring about glowing skin. Additionally, working with Cacao, Mary Lu hosts Sacred Cacao Ceremonies. These Sacred Ceremonies, which incorporate all of her various musical talents, are a deep and profound way connect us to the needed and loving medicine of Pachamama. Mary Lu is married to her partner of thirteen years and together they are parents to two sweet and adorable little puppy daughters. In addition to loving their pups, Mary Lu and her husband also facilitate private Spiritual Work and Sacred Ceremonies for groups. Mary Lu loves children and has been a Sunday School Teacher for the Unity Church, a babysitter, and is currently nannying for families and helping the children become bi-lingual in both English and Spanish. Honoring children in this way, Mary Lu leads by example and offers teachings of oneness, connection, and mutual respect for all living things. Her hope for being involved in the Soul to Sisterhood project is to grow community and unity between all who are touched by the work.
